Ronen Sarraf graduated from Queens College with Departmental Honors in History. He received his J.D. degree from Brooklyn Law School, where he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and served as Managing Editor of the Brooklyn Journal of International Law. Mr. Sarraf also served as a research assistant to Professor Roberta S. Karmel and clerked for Justice Richard F. Braun of the New York Supreme Court.

Mr. Sarraf was counsel in the first case to interpret the Class Action Fairness Act before the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, a case which he argued and prevailed with a unanimous three judge panel. He has been appointed class counsel or interim class counsel in numerous class actions, obtained a multi-million dollar judgment on behalf of holders of Argentine bonds and successfully represented a hedge fund against a Canadian corporation for securities fraud. Mr. Sarraf has also volunteered as a museum docent in lower Manhattan.

Mr. Sarraf is a member of the bars of New York and New Jersey, and numerous federal trial and appellate courts throughout the United States.
