Joseph Gentile is a founding member of the firm, focused on advising whistleblowers and representing individual and institutional clients in class action litigation.
Mr. Gentile’s practice focuses on advising the firm’s clients on all aspect of their case and working closely with government agencies, such as the Department of Justice and the Food and Drug Administration, to advocate on his clients’ behalf. He has litigated claims involving governmental waste, breaches of fiduciary duty and corporate mismanagement. Mr. Gentile has obtained millions of dollars on behalf of current and former employees and successfully worked with public companies to improve their corporate governance and compliance programs, as well as to modify disclosures made in company proxies and other public filings with the SEC.
Mr. Gentile is a FINRA approved arbitrator, was a licensed securities dealer and passed the Series 7 (General Securities Representative) and Series 66 (Uniform Combined State Law) exams. Mr. Gentile is also a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association and Taxpayers Against Fraud.
