Did the fund manager secure an independent evaluation of the fairness of the process and terms before going forward?

Did the fund manager provide you with enough information to properly evaluate the redeployment and its impact on you?

Does the redeployment potentially violate the terms of the Private Placement Memorandum (PPM)?
