Mandamus Lawsuit Expenses

[Also available on Facebook]

Aside from attorneys fees, there are some relatively modest expenses associated with filing mandamus lawsuits. Usually, there are only two:
  1. A $402 filing fee paid to the Court.
  2. Serving the complaint via certified mail. The cost varies based on a few factors, but it normally comes out to less than $100.
